The first rule to have the best comfort within one's own house and also to save money, is to choose doors and windows characterized by good values of thermal transmittance.
A bad insulated house causes an increase in heating bills and consumes more energy; an efficient management of the technical plants of a building also consists of a decrease of CO2 emissions and then of the improvement of the environment, in conformity with national and international regulations.

The Energy certification is a document classifying the flat, the building or the house, as regards its energy consumption necessary for heating it.
The legislator has established that who sells or buys a house must be informed about the energy certification of the house and about the efficiency of its heating and cooling system.
The energy certification is also provided for systems, at the end of works, technical installers must issue a certificate of conformity that is not a certificate of good working.
