QUALITY POLICY

PROSERAL has identified a starting point for the carrying out of its Quality Policy, in pursuing the following goals:

Starting of the procedure for the formalization of a Quality System according to the Rule UNI EN ISO 9001;

Absolute respect of the quality, quantity and time requirements and of the ratio quality/price agreed upon with the Customer;

Continuous monitoring of the conformity degree of the quality System with the reference Rule UNI EN ISO 9001;

Periodical programs of education/training/involvement of the staff at any level, in order to allow a steady growth process of human resources, considered to be primary resources for the future development of PROSERAL company.
